OUR EDGE EVENT IS NOTHING LIKE THE THINGS YOU HAVE TRIED… AND THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT.
While most people will tell you to do the work that dances around what you need to address, I’ll guide you straight to it.
Why? Because telling yourself that you’re confident and worthy in the mirror means JACK ALL if subconsciously, YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IT.

HI, I’M SHAN.
Coming from a family of 8, growing up in the bush and going to an all-girls boarding school for 6 years, I have my fair share of childhood wounding. I began healing my inner child when I fell pregnant with my son at 21 years old.
That life event set the precedent for the rest of my life. It improved my relationships, parenting, mindset and confidence.
Since 2022, through the scope of inner child healing, I have had clients get “more out of our 6 hour day event than 6 months in therapy” (Bella). One thing I know to be true is that you cannot heal in isolation. This is why Edge offers that unique element of healing which you cannot get from your home.
Facing your trauma, addressing your wounds and meeting your unmet needs requires you to have a community that you feel safe to do it with.
I have created the event that blends intellectual inner child work with somatic inner child work, integrating community to make the process effortless and quick.
Edge is the thing I needed when I was starting to heal my inner child - I would have saved a lot of pain, loneliness, money, energy AND time. Now you have that.
Here’s why our Edge Events are the piece to the missing puzzle:
SAFE COMMUNITY: Inner child wounds are often accompanied by feelings of isolation, loneliness, or the belief that "no one else gets it." Being in a community shows you that you’re not alone in your struggles, creating a sense of belonging and connection that can be deeply healing.
BLENDING INTELLECTUAL ICW WITH SOMATIC ICW: It is one thing to understand your pain, wounds, trauma and childhood stories… but it is another to process them. At Edge, we RELEASE it from your body so your nervous system feels safe to do, be and create different. We know the body keeps the score, so we cover all bases.
HEAL YOUR SISTERHOOD WOUNDS: Many inner child wounds stem from relationships with others, often leading to trust issues or relational trauma. Learn what secure relationships actually look like. At the end of the day, if your subconscious mind isn’t used to something, it won’t have it.
ACCESS YOUR POTENTIAL: Inner child work, when done PROPERLY and facilitated by someone who knows how to empower you after going so deep, allows you to challenge your limiting beliefs and outdated coping mechanisms. You will finish on a HIGH after Edge, with activities included to deliberately alter your perception of yourself so you can achieve goals and create lasting success in everyday life.

WHO IS THIS NOT FOR?

This retreat is not a "holiday" where all you get is pampering and chill time.
This retreat will have time for relaxing and connecting with others, but there is a plan and schedule to ensure you actually are doing self development at this retreat.

If you are not open to exploring your human psyche, having honest conversations, processing your emotions and opening up, this is not the retreat for you.

The retreat is not for those who are set in their ways or unwilling to challenge their current beliefs, habits, and patterns.

Absolutely! Most of our attendees attend retreats on their own.
Attending a retreat alone is not something to be scared of, think of it as a great oppurtunity to make some new friends!

Your payment for your Edge retreat is all inclusive of the following:
Accommodation
All main meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) as specified throughout the duration of the retreat
Activities & Workshops

Travel expenses such as costs for flights, trains, or gas to get to the retreat location.
Any travel insurance
Personal expenses such as snacks, souvenirs or other personal purchases made during the duration of the retreat

All of our retreats are different, as such each itinerary will also vary. Itinerary's for retreats are finalised closer to retreats taking place & will be provided to all attendees.
